This is a set of 100 pieces tiny (1mm at lens, 1x2mm at base) UV LED that were 100% locally tested and tightly sorted based on their peak wavelength and output irradiance characteristics. This allows us to guarantee all LEDs included in the set will have very consistent color and brightness when driven under similar conditions. Due to their small size, these LEDs are ideal for arts and crafts, LED jewelry, optics fiber light coupling and fancy light pipe indicators lights. Over-driving LED current will cause accelerated aging. Lens is made of acrylic material, the transparency of which naturally tends to slowly degrade when subjected to blue/UV irradiation.
