Wear to extremities and a little soiling. Internally the paper hinge at the front is split but the binding is holding firm. A pencil sketch of a gate is on the pastedown. There is old treated worm damage to the top inner pages staying within about a 1/2 inch area through about 160 pages all contained to the top margin of pages. Ceases to a few pages, corner of page 197 torn but crudely stuck in place, edge of 199 ragged to front edge, Thin paper, some pages a bit soiled but generally clean. Name written along top of heading on page 499. A few spots on back free endpapers. A wealth of information about 18th Century, very early nineteenth century Farming and Rural Affairs.
