This is an original antique issue of Arthur’s Home Gazette newspaper for Saturday, May 29th, 1852.  This newspaper is a broadsheet format of four pages measuring about 24” x 19”.   This issue is noteworthy since it has a detailed article about the Caloric Ship Ericsson which was a ship developed by John Ericsson that used his Caloric or Hot Air Engine.
