I bought this spindle for my CNC router about 2 years ago and before it arrived I started using a router instead.  Its never been used.  You can hook it up to your computer and your CNC control software (Mach3-4) can control your spindle speed. Hooking it up is fairly straight forward.  48V, 400W 12000RPM Has a 1/8 collet installed and can take up to a 1/4" collet.  Comes with the spindle , connection wires and controller.  Also a manual speed control knob and connection wires.  I will also throw in a spindle bracket that is very close to the same size as this spindle but may need a little work to fit properly. A little bonus that may work for you depending on how you intend to mount this unit.  Item is located in Victoria BC, Canada.  Local Pick Up option available.
