Basically a brand new Rotomaster Phase converter that we installed and only used one time because our service was too small to handle the load in our backwoods location. We did not have enough service. This unit will power up 10 to 15+ hp to my knowledge.
Saw is in excellent condition. It came from a Navy shop where someone decided to paint it black. There is no rust but black spray paint job is pealing.
