Item for sale: 5x Schlage Locknetics CL5196 Electronic Security Door Lock Handles / Card Swiper/6 Keypad. These are very nice door security handles with magnetic swipe readers and 6-button key pads. The sale is for the front handles only. I don't have access to any backs right now. Units were pulled from a building that was being demolished.  Cosmetic Condition: This set is in good, pre-owned cosmetic condition. It shows minimal usage marks and is cosmetically in-tact, but there are a few scratches. The metal is in fair shape, as well as the panelling. Inside and out, these appear to be in very good cosmetic condition. Operational Condition: This hardware was pulled from a working environment. I do not have the hardware to test this door assembly. It was a working "pull", so you should be able to get the other parts and have a nice system. Terms of Sale: You are buying this item as-shown beyond the above-stated operational / testing procedure. The testing procedure describes the ONLY testing that we have done, so email me with testing requests before you bid. READ: We specialize in Used Hardware. You should expect that this item will arrive in used condition, not new condition. Future repairs, if any, are to be taken care of by you. You assume responsibility of maintenance of this item when you receive it.  I try to list my items in a fair manner. Occasionally something minor is overlooked. You are most likely bidding on a used item, so there may be a small ding, or cosmetic imperfection that is overlooked. After all, these are used items that have seen use and will show cosmetic imperfection.The low price of these items reflects the fact that they are used and might have some minor imperfection.
