Six head piston filler designed to draw directly from discharge of steam kettle. The filler was last filling salsa at 200F. Servo driven pistons can fill from 4 oz to 32 oz. on single draw. Can dispense gallons or more with multistroke option. Nozzles are mounted on a nozzle bar that pushes out over a conveyor. The nozzle bar pulls back so it can fill into trough. All Allen Bradley controls including the servo. Fill volume can be adjusted on the fly with easy up/down buttons located on panel. A stainless steel enclosure was mounted on the filler that contained VFD’s for conveyors and kettle agitation (no VFD’s included). An inline thermometer just before nozzle 1 displays accurate product temperature. Indexing is by a starwheel and filler was filling at 72cpm. Filler was built in 2010 and replaced with rotary filler July 2014. This is a quality machine that has many years of dependable service. Call Phil @ 706-554-5560 with questions.
