DIEBOLD APOLLO AP-511 This auction if for 1 Elevator Control Card Reader. There is not a keypad on this model, just the card reader, mounting plate, with seal. This item has never been installed. I have 21 New in the box Diebold Apollo  AP-511 elevator access control card readers. I will combine shipping on items you buy. Message me if you would be interested in purchasing all at a discounted rate.  All Sales are final and items are sold as is with no warranty.  Insurance will be provided with shipping to insure your item arrives in the same condition it left my hands.  SPECIFICATIONS: The AP-511 card readers provide controlled access to 32 floors, using up to 4 AEL-12/24, 8 floor control modules. The elevator floors need not be contiguous, thus any 32 floors in a 128 story building can be controlled. The AP-511 card readers and the AEL-12/24 control modules are designed to mount in the elevator cab. The AEL-12/24 module output is normally wired in series with the elevator floor push buttons, thus the card reader provides an enable signal to the elevator push button. AP-511 readers work with access system controllers such as the AP-550 system or the AAM-16/20/80 alarm/access multiplexer systems. The elevator control feature allows the control of floor selection by identifying the person wishing to access a controlled floor, based on their access rights to the floors. Access is further controlled by time of day, day of week, holiday schedule, along with the physical limit of floors the elevator cab can access.   The AP-511 receives a list of accessible floors from the access system controller, activates the appropriate outputs and signals the requestor to make his selection. The duration for which the outputs are activated is configurable up to 255 seconds in one second increments. The AP-511 monitors a normally closed contact while the outputs are activated. The outputs are turned off as soon as the opening of the contact is detected, corresponding to the door contact. If the floor selection switches can be wired such that a common output is generated when a button is depressed, then wiring that output to the AP-511 provides immediate deactivation of all outputs as soon as one selection is made. The access system controller supports a “DAY MODE” operation by the setting of normally restricted access floors to unrestricted access during a specified time zone. The user can specify a time zone and a list of floors that are to have unrestricted access while the “DAY MODE” time zone is active for each elevator reader. This feature allows clients/visitors unrestricted access to specified floors during regular business hours. The AP-511/521 supports the configuration of the operating mode the reader is to revert to in case of communication failure with the access system controller. In addition to being able to store the facility code in on-volatile memory, the AP-511stores the list of floors which may be enabled when access is granted locally in FACILITY CODE mode.
