Up for auction here is a complete RF power measurement system consisting of an Agilent E4418B RF power meter, Agilent E4412A RF power sensor with cable,   and a JFW 30 dB 100 watt thru-line attenuator mounted to a blank filler panel attached to the side of the E4418B power meter. This system is configured to safely measure RF power output up to 100 watts input to the connector on the left side panel, which is the rated limit of the JFW attenuator.    At a 100 watt input level,  the output of the attenuator will be 100 milliwatts. The E4412A power sensor itself is rated to handle up to 100 milliwatts so when this system is configured for a 30 db offset measurement,  it direct reads up to 100 watts safely. I have used this system on a routine basis over the past couple of years and it works very well. It has never been overpowered.   The sensor is linear and will calibrate.    The value of the attenuator has been determined and is marked on the yellow label on the front panel, and progammed into the power meter.   This is a plug-and-play solution for accurately measuring up to 100 watt power levels,  and can be used for sensitive measurements directly off the sensor, for signals measuring no more than 100 milliwatts,  by removing the sensor from the attenuator and using it directly and disabling the offset settings in the meter. But if you're looking to buy this system, you probably know enough about it that you don't need me to go into so much detail about it. I will give this warning:  If the sensor head is overpowered (with much more than 100 milliwatts directly to the sensor) then the sensor will be damaged and repair costs thousands of dollars. However,  you can send the sensor to Agilent (now called Keysight Technologies) and for 35 dollars they will test and calibrate the sensor and give you a one year warranty on it,  which can be renewed every year if you do the same thing every year.  Their warranty WILL cover damage to the sensor if you should accidentally overpower it. I'm listing this unit with a reasonable reserve price to protect my investment. I'm also listing this unit with a Buy It Now price which will no longer be available once bidding on it has met my reserve price, so if you don't see the Buy It now option,  then my reserve price has been met and Buy It Now is no longer available.   Buyer pays shipping.  Payment via PayPal preferred. Warranty/guarantee:  I guarantee against DOA.   I guarantee the unit is as pictured.  I guarantee the unit self calibrates as shown. I do not guarantee the sensor if you connect it to ANYTHING other than the meter's own calibration output.     I STRONGLY suggest that as soon as you receive this unit, you immediately ship the sensor to Keysight for calibration and to join their warranty program.     Because I do NOT give a warranty on the sensor except as described above.    BUT IT WORKS PROPERLY NOW. I give a ONE DAY warranty on the sensor,  starting the day you receive the unit as per tracking data from the carrier.   No more. When you get the unit, immediately run it through self calibration before connecting the sensor to ANYTHING else.  If you have any questions on how to do it,  ask me.   If the unit does not self calibrate,  then I'll refund your money upon receipt of the unit. This will not apply if you connect the sensor to anything other than the cal port on the meter.   You need to do this on the day you receive the unit as I won't honor any returns on it if I get a report of a problem on any day other than the day it arrives, and you must swear that you didn't connect the sensor to anything else. Spend the 35 dollars (roughly) to get the sensor calibrated and given a warranty by Keysight.  Really.  Do this.  It is always worth it because accidents happen.  I myself once damaged a sensor and was glad to have that warranty.   The sensor was replaced, saving me about six thousand dollars.  These warranty/guarantee terms supersede any and all other return policy statements generated by the ebay auction generator page. By bidding on this auction, you accept my terms as described above.    If my terms do not satisfy you,  then this is probably not the auction you should  be bidding on. Note my feedback rating.  I do not sell junk.   Be assured, the unit works.  It works properly.  But I can't warranty the sensor as it is too easy to damage by accident.  If you blow it up,  you own a blown up sensor.      The system will be shipped with the left side panel removed from the meter.  Two screws attach it to the meter case.
