It's ideal for non-handled surface installations on single or double doors. If you select the 250/700 Models, you can change the alarm cutoff to 2 minutes or reset the device manually. This product meets or surpasses UL, CFM, ADA, and NYC housing requirements. It also comes with a loud 95db dual tone Piezo alarm. The Model 700 also features aluminum finishes. The ALARM LOCK 700 X 28 Emergency Exit Alarm boasts a deadbolt and deadlatch that satisfy relatching standards. It even has an audible low battery warning. You can choose between a 2-minute alarm or constant alarm, and the device is powered by a 9V battery.
