Alto Shaam, Model 1400-24/DC, 208-240V, 25A, 1 phase, (UL) EPH Certified, (UL) 584M Listed Cooking Appliance. On one side are (2) separate heating compartments with (7) shelves each. Each compartment is 17” x 21” x 20.75” deep, will accept trays up to 15” x 19.5” long. On the bottom of each compartment is removable drip pan. On the left side is a full length cooling compartment, 19” x 44.75” x 21” deep. There are (12) shelves 15” wide. Heater and cooler shelf racks are quick removable for cleaning. Each compartment, heating/cooling, has doors from both sides (front/back). Electronic control panel has temperature display for top and bottom heating compartments and for cooling compartment. For operation you can select heating only or cooling only or both heating and cooling. For heating each compartment can be set separately for Reheating or Hold. Visual indicators light up, Reheating/Hold for each compartment. To Reheat activate timers Up/Down. Touch and release UP arrow to display the previous Reheat time. Timer will count down from set time displayed. To change time press UP arrow to increase or DOWN arrow to decrease time. To stop Reheat press Stop and hold for 3 sec. In the middle is a storage compartment, 15.75” x 8.5” x 19.5” deep. On each side there are also two pull out bars 14” x 15.5” to hold trays. At the bottom in the middle, behind two removable panels, is the compressor with condenser. Unit is mounted on stainless dolly with rubber bumper all around and 8” swivel wheels. On the bottom, in the middle, are pneumatic Power Wheels with batteries and controls. For some reason the power wheels do not work. Batteries are charged when the unit is plugged in. Power wheels have controls for Forward/Reverse on each side of the unit. There are also controls for Fast/Slow, Emergency Stop and On/Off. On both sides the plastic covers on the reverse switches are missing but are usable. On one side the reverse switches does not work. Outside of the unit is all stainless steel. The very top of the unit has 1/2” lip for storage. On each side there are few dents as shown in the pictures. The cooler does not cool. The compressor works good but the copper tubing just before the evaporator in the cooling section ices up and the evaporator does not get cold. The sight glass has liquid and bubbles and the compressor is cycling every 11 sec. probably indicating that the unit is low on Freon. The compressor is pulling 6.2 Amps (rated RLA 6.7 Amps) also indicating that the unit is low on Freon. Pick up OK, I can load onto truck or trailer. For freight send zip code to check shipping.
