This listing is for a custom made four station dual burner catering and events stove. This stove is incredibly light weight and can be moved by one person. The BTU's are unknown because it is custom made. I have put a stock pot on the stove (not included) so you can get an idea how much cooking area it has. This stove was used to prepare; Pozole, Menudo, Tamales, Birria de Res, 7 Mares and also Asian dishes. The stove is setup for high pressure 20lbs (red regulator) so I can use my Wok's (more than one) and get the jet burner kind of heat that is needed for real Wok cooking. I hate to sell this stove but my catering has been put on the back burner for now. Buy it now or make an offer with confidence. This is for local PU only. You can set up appointment to take a look at the stove, we are in the San Diego area. What is included: One four station dual burner catering and events stove. Four grates for the burners. Hose and regulator. Stove dimensions: Top - 16" X 63" Tall - 30 1/2 " Flame pattern almost 12" The stove has just been taken out of storage and setup for pictures. I will be cleaning and putting a fresh coat of paint for the buyer. Color will be black top with red legs.
