My favorite equipment is up for auction! Here are details: Mobile Sheet Pan Cart / Workstation on Wheels ! This mobile sheet pan cart has a great design with stainless steel top. Rack on bottom left accommodates around 15 full sheet pans, or you can use half size pans – just slide your sheet pans in there to cool off or store your product. The bottom right compartment is around 24" wide – just stack your sheet pans there or use the space for something else. Wheels are 5" in diameter, rolls great, just move it to wherever you need it. Dimensions are 27" D X 60" L X 34" H. In great condition, but needs a cleaning and has a stain on top stainless steel surface that I have not tried to remove since item has been in storage. Solid Maple Baker’s Table ! This old solid maple bakers table measures 3' X 8' and is a full 2" thick. This is a solid table for bakery and restaurant work, with that fine patina of old maple. This is a heavy table. Stainless Steel Commercial Work / Equipment Table with Bottom Shelf ! Here is the stainless steel table that is perfect for a countertop mixer, bread slicer and other basic production equipment – a great ten foot table for bakery and restaurant use. Heavy duty! Keep supplies close at hand on the bottom shelf. Table has a top perimeter edge guard with a height of about 1 1/2 inches around rear and sides of unit for safety. Very nice, great size at 30" D X 24" H X 120" L. Four (4) Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie Ovens in Custom Fabricated Steel Rack ! The racking of these ovens provides compact efficiency. If, in the future, one doesn’t work and needs maintenance, you still have three that are operating! This only decreases potential output by 25%, instead of knocking out the whole line! Custom designed and fabricated vertical rack to provide suitable air flow while using space efficiently. Overall size of rack containing ovens is approximately 22 1/2" W X 22" D X 62" H. Ovens were purchased new or nearly new. Ovens have been used very little, are clean, and are in perfect working order. Two of the oven handles have chips. Included are one dozen cookie sheets – three for each oven. Fantastic Blodgett Convection Oven and Stand ! This is not just any oven. It is as new as you can get without being new! It has been used only twice -- oven is excellent and clean with five racks. Nearly new stainless steel stand with shelf will also go to the buyer (see photo). Stand is in excellent condition. This is the NSF Blodgett Half Size Electric Convection Oven Model CTB - Single. It has a stainless steel front, top, sides and back, solid-state separate manual controls for temperature and time that are durable to last longer, dual pane thermal glass window, chrome plated door handle, double sided porcelain baking compartment that holds heat well, two speed fan motor, 1/4 horsepower blower motor with automatic thermal overload protection, drop down control panel, 5 chrome plated racks and 9 rack positions, and a full angle iron frame for protection. This is 208 Volts and 5,600 Watts. Temperature range is 200° F - 500° F. This fantastic oven comes with the Blodgett installation, operation and maintenance manual. Eurokera S-3000R-S Commercial Induction HOB ! Heavy duty Eurokera Hob is rated at 3000 watts and 208 Volts. Stainless steel body with ceramic glass top, this is a fine professional unit for bakery and restaurant, and safer to use than a standard cook top or hot plate. Size is 16” W X 22” D X 7 1/4 ” H. Use induction pots and pans only. Excellent condition and hard to find a professional unit like this. Two New Rubbermaid Ingredient Bins ! Rubbermaid Slant Front Ingredient Bins with Sliding Lids. These two ingredient bins were purchased new and then unboxed, but never put into service.
