This is a Bolling Commercial Bakery Oven with a rotating carousel.  I purchased this oven in 2005 from the Bolling factory in Ohio and Jeff (the lead employee) had just completely refurbished it.  It was the backup oven to my other Bolling which is identical however the oven never skipped a beat and this oven has never been used.  It has been kept in my heated bakery and is in pristine refurbished condition; you won't find a cleaner one anywhere. The rotating carousel ensures the food bakes evenly and there are absolutely no hot spots to interrupt the consistency of your operation.  There are eight racks and each holds a standard 18 x 26 baking pan.
