You are buying a used Signode Model VXL-2000-Z 1/2" Tension Weld Pneumatic Banding/Strapping Tool. This tool is currently non-functional the roller is spinning as it should however the clamp mechanism is not returning to its normal position. The air motor and roller do seem to be functioning properly.
