Unit does power on with working digital displays. That is the extent of my testing, and it is otherwise untested. It is sold as is and with NO warranty offered. If, however, you find it has a problem you cannot live with you may return it within 14 days of receipt of the unit. This item comes as shown with power cable, 3 BNC test leads, schematic, and a instruction manual, what you see in the picture. If you don't see it, you probably won't get it.
