Customer service will assess the damage and if applicable will organise an exchange, refund or credit. Appliances Direct Online (ADO) will pay the freight cost if the product is being returned by supplying an Australia Post Return Label. Goods must be returned complete in their original packaging. You will need to attach the label and take the goods to the Post Office for despatch. Please allow up to 10 days turnaround for the replacement of damaged goods (longer for WA and remote areas). Replacements cannot be despatched until damaged goods are received. ADO will not be responsible for additional damage during the return process. Small Appliances - Faulty Goods - DOA (Dead of Arrival) You must call Customer Service on 1300 736 345 within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods. ADO will pay the cost of return for DOA items. Customer Service will issue an Australia Post Return Label to enable the goods to be returned and exchanged or refunded. Goods must be returned complete in their original packaging. You will need to attach the label and take the goods to the Post Office for despatch. Please allow up to 10 days turnaround for the replacement of damaged goods (longer for WA and remote areas). Replacements cannot be despatched until damaged goods are received. ADO will not be responsible for additional damage during the return process.
