This is an electric motor that has a cast iron pulley on it. The motor is about 6" long and weighs about 2-3 lbs. It was sold as a motor for a water pump such as used for a garden pool.
Rare and hard to find early style ,I think to be Galloway but may also be correct for Waterloo and possibly others, shaft mount clutch pulley. Nice all cast iron with no cracks breaks or welds and looks to be in good working order. Pulley is just under 7 inches across the face and about 171/2 in in Dia.
