These are custom made drilling/centering tool for Dorman 555-104 Freeze/Expansion 34.3mm plugs. These are made locally by Kinetic Arc, a CNC Plasma Cutting Company known for their Custom Cut Metal Parts, Signs & Art. The part is machined using 18 gauge 380 steel that will fit tightly inside the freeze plug but due to the Freeze plugs not being exactly round, the center hole is within a couple of thousandths of center.
