This is a good used UEI Pro DL250 clamp meter.  The meter is a well used and rough with some paint on the back that easily comes off with little effort also has a red lead instead of the black lead (see pics) and the red one is missing the lead tip but sill is able to be used .and includes leads, type K thermocouple, and case.  There are owner initials on the meter, case, and leads.
