we are selling a very unique complete and very functional espresso cart outfit equipped with a fully restored and technically updated/modded Gaggia Esportazione 3 group lever machine from 1954. the design of the coffee cart focused on the ergonomics (as well on an outstanding look). the workflow is highly efficient (from left to right) and easy on the barista even in a high volume operation. for example bending down is not necessary because the current milk stock sits in a cold pan next to the steaming station. the results from the Gaggia espresso machine can be outstanding and are at minimum on par with a La Marzocco Strada MP. the machine was thoroughly restored, technically updated and partially even tricked out (e.g. autofill, pressurestat, electric and gas (propane,lpg) heater, led work light, foot operated steamwand valve).. this is a turn key package and comes with everything, even supplies: -coffee cart with espresso machine, 2 mazzer grinders, knock box, refrigerator, pitcher rinser, storage drawers, filter, tanks, etc; -auxiliary cart with handwashing sink, fresh water tank, pump, heater, filter,etc. -porcelain cups, stock of paper cups, lids, etc. the espresso cart is licensed for San Francisco County as a MFF4 (mobile food facility). for a full listing and information (technical details, photos, inventory, history, media links, etc.) please check out: espresso cart info website! see also here what our customers had to say: yelp.com/biz/iron-and-steam-espresso-bar-san-francisco the cart can be seen in san francisco during business hours at the Hi-Lo Club cocktail bar on 1423 polk street (mon-sat, 4-2) resp. at other times through the front window. if you are interested only in the Gaggia espresso machine, we will entertain offers, even though we prefer to sell it as a package. the outfit can be delivered within california. for other destinations and details contact me.
