This is a BODINE GEAR MOTOR. The tag is missing, not sure of the model. I do know the following: Voltage: 110 single phase.

 This torque wrench looks and works like it is brand-new. No scratches on the head where socket goes on. Very nice tool to have and the top name in the industry. 

Offset Drill Attachment short (Pancake Adapter, or Pork Chop) This looks New to me, I checked it out and it doesn't feel like it was ever used. Demission's; 3 1/4 long, 2 1/2 center to center, 3/8 thick, 7/8 wide, 1/4-28 threads. I don't know who made this because there are no markings.
