The pictures above show some of the units we repair. Email us if you have a QC-100 or QC-200 needing repair and we will direct you to where you may send it to for repairs. We also have access to a repair shop for Sony and other DRO's. Please email the make, model and problem/s you have with your unit and I will pass it on for you. No repairs are made without prior approval from you. In most cases your unit will be looked at and diagnosed the day it is received. You will be emailed a quote detailing what repairs and or parts are required. The older Metronics DRO's date back to 1983 and replacement parts are limited. If your older readout is not repairable we will quote what models we have available that would suit your needs. If we have no suitable unit for you we will search the web and check with our business associates for someone that has what you want. We have replacement membrane panels for QC-2000 DRO's as many come in with severely damaged front panels and keys. All parts and labor warranted for one full year. Email us the model and serial number of the unit you are sending to us and a brief description of its problem/s. Include a contact name, company, email address and phone number/s. Pack your DRO carefully and send it via UPS or Fedex and insure the package. For our International customers you may ship it via USPS Priority Mail International or DHL. It should be sent to the address listed below. Please email tracking information so we can anticipate it's arrival. We don't use the USPS for shipping within the United States because there is no way for us to properly track your package. The $75.00 you paid is a flat fee for us to look at and diagnose your DRO. You will be charged this fee even if you decide not to have your readout repaired. If you authorize us to proceed with the repair the $75.00 will be deducted from the repair cost. Once the repairs have been paid for we will return your readout to you via UPS or Fedex insured for United States customers or USPS Priority Mail International or DHL for our International Customers. We prefer you pay by PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account PayPal will guide you through the payment process using a major credit card. Don't pay until I change the shipping cost to reflect how you want it shipped and the packages size and weight. If you want us to use your shipper account account number to pay for shipping and insurance please email the number to us and we will take your package to the main UPS or FEDEX terminal.
