CSI 2120 - Machinery Analyzer Fast, Portable, Rugged The family of Model 2120 Machinery Analyzers is designed to be simple and easy to use, requiring only minimal training for effective operation. The user is directly notified about the nature of a developing fault at the time of measurement. This unique capability enables the user to focus his attention on critical machine issues as they are identified and collect additional diagnostic information while still at the machine site.   With Digital Signal Processing (DSP), the 2120 offers the fastest measurement time in the industry, and can dramatically boost productivity by reducing data collection time. Its speed and versatility make it the new benchmark for machinery analysis.   Thanks to a high real-time rate, fast autoranging, and an extended dynamic range, users have reported the ability to collect quality data up to 20% faster than with the previous generation of machinery analyzers.   The 2120 is small and lightweight so that it can easily be carried up ladders and into tight areas, even on the longest routes.   In addition to maximum portability, the 2120 offers the most rugged construction in the industry. The rugged aluminum housing will not crack or chip like plastic instrument cases, and it stands up to even the harshest operating conditions. The 2120 is calibrated to NIST traceable standards and undergoes rigorous quality assurance testing. The backlit display and special electroluminescent keypad eliminate operational problems in dimly light areas. For operation in harsh environments, the 2120’s documented speed enables the user to obtain quality data with minimal personal exposure. The optional safety rating also unlocks access to hazardous areas in the plant containing potentially explosive atmospheres. The 2120, like most systems, can detect simple faults like imbalance or misalignment. The challenge comes with early and accurate diagnosis of developing bearing and gear faults.  The characteristic signals generated by these mechanical problems are much more difficult to detect. To address this problem, the 2120 offers two advanced techniques: demodulation and PeakVue. 2120 SPECIAL APPLICATIONS - Cross-Channel Analysis - Transient Analysis - Balancing - Laser Alignment - Motor Monitoring - Wireless Monitoring FEATURES & BENEFITS • Fast data collection • User-friendly operation • Powerful analysis tools • Advanced bearing detection with PeakVue™ • Reliable slow speed measurement with SST™ • Single or dual channel analysis • Safety rated for use in hazardous environments • Optional programs for balancing, laser alignment, • Cascade, transient analysis, and motor monitoring STANDARD ACCESSORIES Accelerometer and cable, magnet mount, power supply, PC communications cable, leather case OPTION INCLUDED IN THIS DEVICE • Route
