Used- Erema Film/Fiber Pelletizing Line consisting of: Erema Model RM120TVE single screw extruder, 120mm (4.725") diameter screw, 36 to 1 L/D ratio. (6) Barrel zones, (17) total zones, electrically heated, water cooled, double degassing vented ports with Speck 3 kW V-130 vacuum pump. Fed by an approximate 50 cubic foot stainless steel cutter/compactor, (3) row of 4 bolt on blades, driven by a 105kW (140 hp), 3/60/440/480 volt, 1780 rpm motor, with infeed conveyor with metal detector, approximately 30" wide x 264" long driven by a motor. (1) Erema model SW4/170 RTF backflush screen changer, 170mm breaker plate, hydraulically operated.  (1) Erema hot die face pelletizer, Model HG 240, 40 hole single row die plate with 4-knife cutting head (missing 3 knifes).  (1) Erema dewatering screener/slushway, Model GS 2000,  built 2000. (1) Erema pellet centrifugal dryer, Model GZ 350,  built 1996. (1) Dekker vacuum system, Model DVM0103MF1-30, built 2014.  (1) Shell and tube heat exchanger, (1) 7-1/2" hp centrifugal pump.
