Extruder driven by a 75 kw, 440 volt, 1160 rpm motor thru a reducer, 4.5 to 45 rpm output. Serial# 150137, built 1994. Extruder set up for side feed with a JSW twin conical feeder, Model TCF 490S. Driven by a 11 kw, 3/60/440 volt, 1180 rpm motor thru a reducer, ratio 93.004 to 1. (1) Sekisui 150mm hydraulic screen changer, Model SPC-150H, Serial# 474064, with a Nachi 7.5 kw hydraulic power pack. (1) Maag Corex gear pump, type CO 70/70, Serial# 50010236-10. Driven by a 11 kw, 3/60/360 volt, 1750 rpm motor thru a reducer, ratio 41 to 1. Includes a Reiken oil heater, Model RT-12S, Serial# RT-94060. (1) JSW chill roll stand. (2) Approximate 16" diameter x 72" long chrome rolls, bottom roll adjustable with motor, top roll pneumatically adjustable with tension rolls, Serial# C-187.
