This unit was acquired in a warehouse buy.This unit has no Warranty, no refunds and no exchanges.  This unit does power up (as shown in photos).  I shredded one piece of paper.  The photos  show the results.  This unit comes with a factory service brochure . Like most of these units the plastic tub is a little warped because the power head is packed inside.  This is common.  I found that by putting the rear of the unit on first the front comes in place with little effort.  The tub should straighten out after some time being used.   Once again there is no warranty, no refund or exchange.   photos are of the exact unit you will receive.
