What you are looking at is a pair of red/reflective suspenders for bunker pants, suspenders are ment for bunkers with o ly one suspender tab in the back but they do work with the pants that have two, I bought these thus year about 1-16 for my girlfriend her suspenders were too big and she required smaller ones, long story short, we received new turnout gear and I'm now selling some of our personally bought equipment as it no longer fits or corresponds with the new equipment we currently have.
