Temp range on these units is -50°C to 70°C (-58°F to 158°F). Some of these are still wrapped up and appear completely unused but used or not, each of these is 100% guaranteed working. These are great in all situations where you need buffered temperature monitoring and can be used in water, freezers, incubators etc. Most used Traceable Thermometers listed on the open market will be expired. These have varying 2013/2014 exp dates as well. This only matters if you are required to keep traceable records as part of health or other regulatory efforts and in no way effects functionality. Each comes with installed AA battery. Remaining battery life not guaranteed. Please check with your country's requirements before purchasing.   Tracking: Tracking information is emailed automatically at the end of the day. UPS packages are picked up same day. Most USPS shipments are picked up the following day.   Expedited Shipping: Expedited processing and delivery are available on most items but due to the nature of the equipment, it cannot be guaranteed.  Please call to confirm any requests for expedited service.   Freight It is strongly advised that you contact us to obtain a freight quote before purchasing items requiring freight shipping, especially if you are unfamiliar with freight deliveries.  The carrier is chosen at our discretion unless you arrange your own service.  Regardless of service, a handling fee is required for freight preparation. Standard pallets will incur a minimum $40 charge.  Additional charges for crating or over-sized palletizing will vary. International customers must arrange their own freight service.   Shipping Damages: If item arrives damaged by the carrier, please reject shipment and contact us immediately. If you do receive the package, submit clear images of the packaging/box and damaged item from multiple angles. DO NOT discard the packaging. Save packaging for carrier claim. Carrier will often come back to pick up the shipment. We cannot file a claim without the packaging and proper images. Any item that is returned without an RMA # will be refused.     Any non-working components or missing pieces will be noted in the description, so please read carefully before purchasing. Any components not specifically listed in the description (ie: power cords, test equipment, original box, etc.) are not included with the purchase.     When you receive a Guaranteed item from Tri-Lyne, it should perform as described.
