This is a used original RHEEM igniter/flame sensor unit from a RHEEM 42vp50 hot water tank with a White Rodgers control unit. (AP13845A) It is only about 3 years old with low mileage. I thought this was bad, but it was the control valve.

Not very clean, but it sparks and senses flame OK.
