Elevator Bolts have a square neck which resists turning when the nut is tightened or removed and a large head which provides a greater bearing surface for soft materials. Originally designed for attaching elevator buckets to conveyer belts. Similar to a carriage bolt, except the head is thin and flat.
For sale is a 5 inch long used wrench for use with a 7/16 square head fastner. Could be used with a lathe compound or other adjusting bolts. The only markings are cast into the handle and are 7/16 and an "A" with a triangle around it.
