Item for auction is a Fluke 1900A Multifuctional Counter with instruction manual. No power cord or any other input cables included. This unit is in good operation and has had a  Fluke calibration done to it during it's service life which appears still very accurate when input values were read as compared to recently calibrated instrument shown on picture snapshot of period and frequency readings. This unit is internally wire as per its label is 115 VAC 60hz. It has stickers attached to the case and writing on the front vinyl cover of manual.  The 1990A is a 5Hz to 80 Mhz multi-function counter caplable of making frequency,period, period averaging and totalize measurements. In the frequency mode, resolution is manually selectable at0.1 Hz,1.0 Hz,10 Hz and 100Hz. In the period averaging mode, the number of periods averaged is manually- selectable at 10/1,10/2,10/3 periods. Automatic selection of resolution and number of periods averaged 9autoranging) is also provided to autmaticly select the optimum range for a particular input signal. However the 100Hz resolution and 10/3 periods must be manually selected. The display is six digits LEDs with leading-zero suppression and automatic decimal point positioning. Shipped USPS Priority insured. No returns if any tamper seals are broken or improper voltages applied.
