This meter comes just as pictured with meter, bright yellow protective holster, and Fluke TL75 high performance leads. You can download all applicable manuals from the www.fluke.com website for FREE! This meter looks NICE and works PERFECTLY! This Fluke meter is just about the best hand-held meter available on the market today. This meter will be a great addition to your diagnostic tools! This meter features AC/DC voltage measurement up to 1000 volts, AC/DC current measurement up to 10 amps (fused), resistance, peak min/max recording mode, frequency, duty cycle and capacitance measurements, TRUE RMS measurements, input alert, and Display Hold to freeze the display for review. I put in a BRAND NEW Duracell 9-volt battery and checked both fuses so you don't have to worry about that!
