You are considering a Posidyne Foot Mounted Oil Shear Clutch / Brake.  This item is believed to be unused surplus, with no original packaging or paperwork. The mounting feet of these clutch / brakes and their shafts do not show any signs of installation. The previous owner had these units piled together so the bodies of the units have several scratches and paint wear from handling and storage. Also, these units have been stored in a non-climate controlled warehouse, which has caused surface rust to form on the shafts and other bare metal areas.  These units may require other items for proper installation.  Please consult with Force Control Industries 1-800-829-3244, or one of their representatives for proper installation instructions.
