Rare and hard to find early style ,I think to be Galloway but may also be correct for Waterloo and possibly others, shaft mount clutch pulley. Nice all cast iron with no cracks breaks or welds and looks to be in good working order. Pulley is just under 7 inches across the face and about 171/2 in in Dia.

Here is a nice 5" diameter clutch pulley. I have never seen another clutch exactly like and as small as it is. I think it is in great shape and ready to use.
