You are bidding for the energy efficient, truly Geiger-Muller tube ( si29bg ) based, ionizing radiation detector, which can be used autonomously for visual and audio monitoring and/or be connected to iPhone/iPad and used with a free Geiger Bot software for precise measurements of the ambient radiation levels and logging (please see Geiger Bot software page for details) This listing includes a fully assembled and tested device complete with batteries and a 20cm (7.9 inch) long cable for connecting the device to the microphone input of iPhone or iPad. Device is powered by two CR2025 or two CR2030 cell batteries which under the normal ambient radiation conditions (~0.1uSv/h) shall continuously function around half a year. Device can be switched on for autonomous operation by the micro-slide-switch accessible from the long side of the device. Clicker can be turned on or off by another micro-slide-switch. Alternatively device is always switched on automatically when the audio jack is inserted into its audio socket.
