See photos for samples. The item is missing a document feeder and envelope catch trays, and it won't be very useable without them. The top cover is not aligned with the sensor causing the 'top cover open' error message to appear. This does affect functionality as the user cannot use the unit with the error message present, however, the user can realign the door so that the sensor activates.
