This 5508A is in very good cosmetic and functional condition and has also been extensively testedr.  I am unable to test the environmental compensation but will guarantee those functions to be operational.  It is complete with carrying handle, original feet, and all trim pieces. Important: The photos above are of a typical 5508A but the actual system for sale is very similar. As can be seen, it is in very good cosmetic condition, showing at most minor scratches and/or dings from normal wear. The only blemish is a small area of marker residue on the top cover that water or alcohol doesn't readily remove.  But there's probably an appropriate solvent for this that doesn't also rot bodily organs.  Or, just place your inventory sticker over it and no one will ever know. ;-) A single HP hard shell case for the 5508A (and similar size instruments) is available for an additional $50. Additional components including lasers and optics may also be available. The system will be thoroughly tested prior to shipping and comes with a 30 day warranty (see terms below).
