Equipped with: Cartridge glue system w/hopper feed & quick melt feature (3 Min heat up time), automatic magazine for coil, strip & solid edgebanding; HD guillotine for 4 mm PVC, glue applicator nozzle w/height & flow control, pneumatically controlled pressure section with (3) large dia. rollers, powered 1st larger roller with electronic speed control synchronized with chain feed speed. Workstations: Double motor end trim (0.3 HP - 9,000 RPM motors), adjustable 0° - 15° for chamfer cuts electro-pneumatically from control panel; combination (# 1942M) top & bottom flush, chamfer & radius trim unit (0.8 HP - 18,000 RPM motors), SIKO digital readouts, tilts 0° - 15° w/"PCS" pneumatic changeover from control panel; "Single Station" Corner rounding unit (# 1983) for trimming leading & trailing upper and lower edge/corners - single, floating cutter jumps in, trims around top & bottom leading edge corner and comes back up on feeding through panel trimming lower & upper corner of trailing edge - (1 HP - 300 Cy HF motor), 2 mm or 3 mm radius cap. and (7) SIKO readouts; top & bottom profile scrapers (# 1929) for up to 3 mm thick PVC banding, radius range from 2 - 5 mm, vertical & horizontal tracing shoes, SIKO readouts for easy setup, "PCS" system for in/out control from operator panel; top & bottom jump buffing unit (0.25 HP - 1,440 RPM ea.), tilts 0° - 5°.
