This Chinese range also features a slanted wok holder for 13" (330) hole that accommodates single handle wok pan. The range is made of stainless steel front, landing ledge, high backsplash, and pipe rack with welded and finished stainless steel seams. It also comes with a large 5" (127) stainless steel landing ledge and 12 3/4" (324) heavy-duty legs with adjustable feet. The Imperial Chinese Range 2 Burners 60" Wide w/ Slanted Wok Holder Natural Gas Model ICRA-2 is a top-quality cooking equipment designed for the foodservice industry. With over 60 years of experience, Imperial has continued to provide the market with innovative products utilizing skilled employees and state-of-the-art technology. The range top is available in four burner types: Three-ring Burner 110,000 BTU/hr. (32 kw), Jet Burner 100,000 BTU/hr. (29 kw), Anti-clogging Jet Burner 125,000 BTU/hr. (37 kw), and 32 Tip Jet Burner 160,000 BTU/hr. (47 kw). All burners come with continuous pilots for instant ignition. This Chinese range comes with two burners that offer a total of 220,000 BTU, making it perfect for cooking a variety of meals. The range also features a water-cooled top and a built-in drain system that helps control the stove top temperature. The range is equipped with a manually-controlled Chinese swing faucet located between the holes to avoid intense burner heat. Imperial's Commercial Chinese Range comes with a one-year parts and labor warranty and is AGA and CGA design certified and NSF listed.
