The belt pulley is compatible with General Purpose A/4L Type V-Belts measuring 1/2" in width, and its 2" outer diameter ensures proper sanding belt speed. With two 3/4" self-centering Pillow Block Bearing Units installed parallel to the plate, users can directly mount the assembly to their Belt Sander Frame or use a spacer when necessary. Knife making enthusiasts can now access the high-quality Drive Wheel Assembly for their 3/4" drive shaft belt sander/grinder. The Heavy-duty assembly is durably built to last and is designed on a 3/4" thick aluminum plate that measures 4" x 6". The mounting holes are also conveniently located on the pre-drilled plate for quick and easy setup. The shaft is also long enough to mount a step pulley if required. The unit can be mounted horizontally or vertically and is highly adaptable for use in numerous projects beyond knife making. Colors may vary, and the drive wheel is removed from the shaft and wrapped separately for safe shipping. The 9" long, 3/4" diameter shaft is secured in position by locking collars, providing solid support for running the wheel at high speeds without vibration. The Drive Wheel Assembly's 4"OD x 2-1/4" wide convex (domed for improved tracking) precision machined aluminum wheel has a set screw and 3/16" key installed.
