This model is designed to be a stand alone machine for beveling doors from 0 to 3 degrees. The 555 utilizes a 4" cutter head with replaceable insert carbide blades. A 5HP motor is used with the cutter head which is spindle driven. Capable of running interior and exterior doors up to 48" wide with raised molding on both sides. 230V/3PH. Additional Info: KVAL 555 Door Sizer has been tested and is in partial working condition, unit needs work to become fully functional. We are not able to get the unit to run through start up sequence. When manually pushing buttons in electrical component we can get parts of the machine to turn on, but are not able to get the feeder roll to start up. We are not very familiar with this machine so we could be doing something wrong. This machine can be shown under power for demonstration.
