LastiSeal® Brick & Masonry Sealer is a unique, state-of-the-art waterproofing sealer for concrete, bricks, stones, and porous building materials. This waterborne polyester polymer and polyurethane sealer penetrates 2–4 inches into concrete, fills the pores, bonds to the substrate, and cures as a hard plastic. It's like injecting epoxy into the capillaries in bricks, concrete, or masonry! Waterproofs permanently against rain and surface water. Waterproofs against negative side pressure. Protects against freeze-thaw damage and road salts. Protects against pitting, spalling, and crumbling. Resitsts spills, motor oil, chemicals, acid rain. Protects against the growth of algae and molds. Reduces water vapor transmission and indoor humidity. Reduces dusting. Excellent primer for paints (epoxies, urethanes and acrylic). LastiSeal® Brick & Masonry Sealer internally waterproofs the substrate. Unlike paints or surface sealers, it does not form a surface film. It cannot peel or crack or wear off – the seal is permanent! Backed by a limited 15-Year Waterproofing Warranty. At the same time, LastiSeal® strengthens the substrate internally and hardens the surface. It gets noticeably harder to hammer a nail into brick or masonry that has been sealed with LastiSeal®. Seal and waterproof a wide range of porous materials, old or new, indoor or outdoors: Clay bricks, brick veneer Mexican tiles, pavers, adobe Concrete blocks, cinder blocks, CMUs, split face blocks (unless the pores are too large) Poured concrete floors and walls, shot crete, gunite Internally colored concrete, acid-stained concrete Mortar, stucco, plaster, grout Porous natural or man-made stones, limestone. COVERAGE (depends on substrate and porosity) 1-application: 1,000 – 1,250 sq. ft. 2-applications: 500 – 625 sq. ft. APPLICATION Apply LastiSeal® using a hand-pump garden sprayer (below 30 psi) with a fan pattern nozzle. Spray on a continuous thick glistening film on the verge of puddling. Back-roll puddles or run-downs. If applying with a roller, maintain a wet edge. For more porous surfaces, apply a second application next day or later, provided the first application has readily absorbed. Ready for foot traffic in several hours and 2-3 days for vehicles.
