LINCOLN IMPINGER 1130-000-A CONVERTED CONVEYOR DOUBLE STACK ELECTRIC PIZZA OVEN Description: What we have is a Lincoln Impinger Double Stack Pizza Oven. This oven was originally a conveyor oven which was converted over to a standard front load oven. Oven has been checked over and the temperature sensor probes have been replaced with genuine Lincoln probes (this is a common wear item on these ovens). Unit was direct wired which means it will need new plugs installed to match your outlet. I did a quick cleaning of the oven (take a look at the pictures ... I think it looks pretty good myself) but I am sure you will want to go over it yourself before putting it into service.
