Vibra II controller plus Vibra II vibrabrush, plus two extra vibrabrushes for the controller. Each vibrabrush comes with a 5 foot cord that plugs into the controller. The hand controller is 2-5/8 inches wide by 4 inches long by 7/8 inch thick. Everything here has been checked out in our lab and it is working fine. The controller has a 56 inch long AC powe cord that at the plug end has a West Tec Industries 2-prong American standard direct plug in transformer adapter rated for 115 volts AC single phase 60 hertz input and 9 volts AC 400 milliamp output to the controller. Everything here is made in the USA. There is no original box or literature for this item. Everything here has a shipping weight of 3 pounds. What you see is what you get. Sold "as is".
