The unit is the 2140-1000 rated for 12 volts DC at 10 watts when powered. The unit is serial number A02013. Everything here is made in Germany. We checked the unit out with what we have in our lab and it is working fine. There is no original box or literature for this item. Everything here has a shipping weight of 2 pounds.
