It comes complete with a fully padded variable spot size Luxtec headset. It is very clean and works well. It has been tested and inspected as described below. The light works and the fan is working. The intensity adjustment knob is working. The turret selection turns freely. All the adjustments on the headset are in working order. I do not notice any broken fibers in the light guide cable. The lamp hour meter is reading 6.9 hours. Lamp life is not guaranteed or warranted. Inspection: Cosmetically this system is very clean. It does have normal signs of previous use like dings, scuffs, and scratches as per the pictures. Power cord is in good condition. This unit is guaranteed not DOA. Please study pictures carefully.
