It has a Biomed tag that expired 3/16 so it was in use not long ago. It has 176.7 hours on the light hour meter. It comes complete with a fully padded, fully adjustable variable spot size headset, 4 piece height adjustable stand with two locking casters, printed copy of owners manual, and a protective bag for the headset. It is very clean and works well. It has been tested and inspected as described below. This light source has a single turret with five selections for Pilling, Storz, ACMI, Wolf, and Olympus. The light works and the fan is working. The intensity adjustment knob is working. The turret selection turns freely. All the adjustments on the headset are working. I did not notice any broken fibers in the light guide cable as pictured. Lamp life is not guaranteed or warranted. Inspection: Cosmetically this system is very clean. There is a small blemish on the inside of the headset lens as pictured but this does not affect the light spot. Very light normal signs of previous use as per the pictures such as light dings, scuffs, and scratches. Power cord is in good condition. All five wheels on the stand turn freely. Two of the five caster wheels lock. This unit is guaranteed not DOA. Please study pictures carefully.
