This government surplus item is believed to be unused. It still has the green instructional warning tag over screen and we only peeled it back some so that you could see that it powers on and displays. Everything is in pristine condition (though carry case has some inventory writing on it ) and you get all of the items pictured including to CD's that have never been opened.
