I am selling one National Instruments NI 9871 module. The 9871 module has an MSRP of $640. This unit was installed in an enclosure for data acquisition, but the build was never completed. The contractor that was doing this work was released before their equipment was ever finished (as can be seen in the pictures). This is why the 9871 are listed as NEW as it WAS NEVER POWERED ON and comes with none of the original packaging or paperwork. I have powered on the entire cRIO chassis and all modules shown and everything powers up fine. This listing is for one NI 9871 module with power cable, but not the serial cable shown in the stock photo and not the other National Instrument modules or cRIO chassis shown. I am also selling the other modules and cRIO chassis seen in the photos. It interfaces directly with the CompactRIO FPGA to offer you flexibility in communicating with serial devices. The module has individual 64 B buffers on every port that save CompactRIO FPGA space and simplify programming. This C Series module supports standard start bit, stop bit, and handshaking settings, and has baud rates up to 3.684 Mbaud per port.
